What is teams?

Teams is for customers who want to outfit their whole organization in Obert.

With a first order of 10 items or more, you can receive benefits like bulk pricing, logo embroidery, a custom ordering experience, and white glove support.

To qualify for the Teams program, an initial order of 10+ items is required to be onboarded to the program.

Do you offer discounts for Teams orders?

Discount tiers are based on the number of apparel items in your order. Once you qualify for a discount tier, the corresponding discount percentage will apply to all future orders, even if they're smaller! Future orders with more items will be eligible for higher discount tiers. 

Here is a breakdown of discount percentages based on order sizes:

15% off 10-50 items

20% off 50-100 items

25% off 100-200 items

30% off for 200+ items

Do you offer samples?

Great question! We completely understand the need to get your sizes just right!

You are always welcome to purchase a few sizes or styles your team is interested in trying on, then you can simply return them for a refund after your team has had the chance to try them on. We've got your back with an amazing return policy, 30-days to return for refund.

What is the Returns and Exchanges policy for Teams orders?

Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Returns must be in new, unworn condition with tags attached and in the state you received them. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

Embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. 

All returns are handled by the administrator of your Teams account. If you are a part of an organization that placed an order through Teams directly, and need to return or exchange, please contact your account administrator to help process your request.

What if I am interested in a product that isn’t featured here (example: safety vest)?
