Each product has unique care instructions that can be found on the product page of our website as well as on the tag inside the garment. Please be sure to check each garment carefully as the care instructions may vary.

If you have a unique discount code, it can be entered on the checkout page. Only one discount code can be used per order. Discount codes are not combinable with other discounts or promotions.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders destined within the U.S. Orders with standard shipping may take 3-5 business days to process before they are shipped. Once fulfilled, approximate shipping and delivery turnaround time of 5-7 business days.

If you need to cancel your order, please immediately reach out to our team at hello@obertworkwear.com. We cannot guarantee cancellation will be possible as once it is in a certain fulfillment status this is no longer an option. If a cancellation is not possible we are happy to help with a return or an exchange!

We currently ship our products to customers in the U.S, including Alaska and Hawaii. We are working on international expansion to make sure that those living outside of the U.S can upgrade their workwear soon!

By paying $3.98 on your order at checkout, you will qualify for a return/exchange at no extra cost, allowing you to maximize your return by avoiding higher return handling and shipping fees.
If you don't opt to pay the $3.98 fee now, you can still do a return, but you will be responsible for the cost of the handling fee.

All returns or exchanges can be submitted through this link within 30 days of order delivery. Items must be in unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible, if it does not meet these requirements when inspected the item will be sent back to the customer.
If a return is not shipped back within the allotted time, it will expire and no longer be eligible to be returned. If you need assistance with a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@obertworkwear.com.

All items with original tags that have not been worn, washed, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags still attached to be eligible for a return.
We recommend getting a receipt when dropping off your return in case the package is lost in transit en route back to us. We are not responsible for any packages that do not get delivered back to us or lost in transit without a receipt showing that it was dropped off for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment. If your return is not accepted for any reason (i.e. tags removed, damage, stains, rips) we will reach out to notify you and send back your item.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear back on your bank account or credit card due to varying processing times of financial organizations.
