Obert is working to build safer work environments for women, moving beyond the legacy of heritage brands where women are an afterthought. Obert allows women to embrace their careers, their life, and their safety, on their own terms.
Why do women need spefific PPE?
Because one size does not fir all. Women’s bodies are not simply scaled-down versions of men’s bodies. According to the Center for Construction Research and Training, 77% of women have been exposed to a hazard unnecessarily because of ill-fitting PPE.
